"I'd just like for the family to know that i truly cared & loved Sandy just like she was part of my own family.I'am going to miss her soooo much!!!I have spent the last 3 years getting to know her more each day.Even know she's known me since i was a baby.But this time i have spent with her let me say sometimes we were both a pain in oneanothers we always knew were we stood .I do know that her family was the most important thing to her & that she loved each one in a very special way.Iam lost without her !!!!ISo i know her family will be.She was very special to me much love to all her friends & family."

"I had the opportunity to talk to" Mom Conder" on the phone quite frequently while I was building the house with All-C Construction. I would have questions about the house or was trying to locate her son Frank. We had conversations that her boy (Frank) needed to check in with his Mother because he still was not to big to paddle. We would joke back and forth and enjoyed talking with her about various different subjects. What a great lady!!!
