Haven't seen Lance for years, but do remember him fondly. He was a great friend for years and spent a lot of time at our house. My parents loved him like a son. He was a great person, my first love, and I would like to thank him for some great memories.

Lance was probably my best friend during the years before he moved to Springfield. I remember many good times, one time we were on vacation together near Eagle River Wisconsin, we rented a canoe to do some fishing on a small lake, during our fishing we both casted our lines at the same time on the same side of the canoe, naturally the canoe tipped over and we went into the water, both coming out of the water looking at each other and laughing. He gave my son Ryan a job at Better's Chicken when he was in High School, but I will always remember the day my daughter was born. I was looking at her as she was just being brought into the nursery, and all of a sudden there was Lance telling me congratulations Dad!! That was 32 years ago. No one could win an argument with Lance on politic's, he knew how he felt about certain topic's and he did his research... The last time I saw Lance was about 5 years ago, when I was in Springfield visiting my son Ryan, and the 3 of us went out to dinner and then to a comedy club... Had a great time... I looked up to him like a Big Brother... I will miss him
